Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€450 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure.

Telephone

Free local calls within France plus incoming calls only. Broadband internet access Wi-Fi,lap-top computer is also provided. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15 /kwhr.

Gas / Oil

Central heating oil consumption is charged at €0.50 per litre. If you would like to use the fireplace logs and kindling can be provided at €40 per week

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets and towels, together with towels for the pool/beach are included in the price.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning is included in the rent. Maid service during your stay available at an extra cost. For bookings of 2 weeks, included in the rental, there is a mid stay clean on the saturday morning of approx 3hrs, with a change of bedlinen and towels. The gardener will also visit to maintain the pool and garden. Although end-of-stay cleaning charge is included this is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, €100 may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets may be permitted with prior agreement from the owner

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. On prior request swimming pool can be heated all year round to +/-25C - pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
