Booking Conditions [HE049A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. (Arrival/Departure days can be flexible). Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

£1000.00 bank transfer to be paid to owner at least 14 days before your arrival date. This will be returned less deductions for any breakages within 14 days of your departure.

Telephone

Wi-Fi available and included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr. Pool heating available at €300 per week.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets and towels are included. Please bring your own towels for the beach. Linen and towels are changed weekly.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included along with 3 hours of light cleaning on a Wednesday (depending on arrival day) for bookings of two weeks or more. Maid service during your stay may be available at an extra cost. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The rental price is for 7 people. The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 7. A supplementary charge will be made for an 8th person.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. The pool can be heated at an extra cost of €300 per week.
