Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays (possibility of flexible arrival days). Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

£750 GBSterling to be transferred to the Owners Bank Account 7 days prior to arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages, 7 days after departure by the same method. Please liaise direct with the Owner on this arrangement and do not forget to give them your Bank Details for the return transfer.

Telephone

Wi-Fi with UK IP address available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV Sky, Freesat, Apple, Netflix TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Pool Heating is available, £150 per week in July & August, £250 in June and up to late September and £350 per week in May, late September and October. There is a solar cover to maintain the heat overnight.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and bath towels are included in the Rental. Pool towels are also provided and included, please be kind enough to use them only at the pool and not take them to the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Extra maid service & cleaning is available but needs to be arranged prior to arrival.

Pets

Pets - upon request, £100 per week. Please note the owners cats may stray into the garden. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10 adults.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
