Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

Breakages deposit €3000 to be transferred into the owners bank account no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date, to be returned by bank transfer within 10 days of departure, less deductions for any breakages, charges for bed linen, towels, cleaning, heating charges. Proof of personal liability insurance required.

Telephone

No Telephone available. Mobile phone reception is good. Wi-Fi Internet access. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. The pool is heatable at an extra cost of €250 per week in March, April, Oct and Nov and €200 per week in May, June, July, Aug, Sept (closed in Dec, Jan, Feb).

Gas / Oil

Gas / Oil For bookings in low/winter periods a supplement of €250 per week may be charged if Central Heating is required. If you would like to use the fireplace logs and kindling can be provided at €40 per week.

Bed Linen & Towels

One full set of linen and towels is included in the rental. For rentals of 2 weeks, Bed Linen/Towel change included on the middle Saturday. Extra Bed sheets available at €10 per double bed, €8 per single. Extra Towels are available at €6 per pair (one large and one small). Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge €500 for one week bookings or less and €800 euro for 2 week bookings, to be paid in cash on arrival. For rentals of 2 weeks, a light clean plus change of linen/towels on the middle Saturday is included. Extra maid service during your stay can be arranged at €15 per hour. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 20. The rental is for up to 20 people

Additional

**Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. ***Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
