Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival from 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 7pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€1000 (or GB equivalent) taken by credit card by SFV. Please ensure you forward with your Balance Payment a copy of your Personal Liability Insurance. The Local Tourist Tax (Taxe de Sejour is included in the rental).

Telephone

Mobile phone reception good. Fast Wi-Fi broadband. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Netflix-Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Included in the rental. The owners respectfully request that when using the air conditioning, clients are mindful of the expense/environment, so run only when necessary and keep doors and windows closed when in operation - thank you.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen, bath towels and pool towels are included in the rent. For two week bookings a mid stay linen change is also included - on the middle Thursday you will receive a text message to confirm what time and day the linen will be changed. Guests are asked to strip the beds and put out the used towels, the beds will be made up with the fresh linen. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included in the rental. Additional cleaning is available at €20 euros per hour upon prior request. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden - please ensure you empty the rubbish bins regularly on the days noted, if full bins are left in the house at the end of the rental a charge may be levied. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
