Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€800 euros cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on the morning of departure.

Telephone

Mobile phone reception is good. Wi-Fi available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Included.

Gas / Oil

Central heating is oil based and if used, (by prior request) is charged at €100 euros per week. If you would like to use the fireplace, logs and kindling can be provided at €40 per week payable in cash on arrival.

Bed Linen & Towels

One set of bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Please bring your own towels for the beach. A change of linen is possible on demand with €10 euros per double bed, and €8 euros per single bed, and €5 euros for towels.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €200 cash, payable on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Extra Maid service may be available during your stay please ask for details. Also it may be possible for hotel-type bedroom and bathroom cleaning service on a daily basis please ask for details.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 14. The rent is for up to 14 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
