Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Sunday to Sunday. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am.Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€1000 or equivalent to be transferred to the owner's account two weeks prior to arrival, payment returned, less deductions for any breakages by the same method two weeks after departure. Owner Bank Details will be shown on the directions and owner information. Please ensure you give the Owner your Bank Details for the return transfer. The local daily Tourist Tax "Taxe de Sejour" is payable at the local rate in cash to the owner and is per person, per night.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet access available.Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and towels (1 large/1 small) are €20 euro per person, to be paid in cash on arrival. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge €300 euro cash on arrival. Maid service during your stay available at €25 per hour. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies to the sum of €200 euro may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12-13/24 as contractually specified. The rent is for up to 24 People in 11 bedrooms apart from low season, when there may be the possibility to rent the property for 12-13 people in 6 bedrooms on the ground floor only.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose (in the garden not on the beach side of the property). Swimming Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury caused by swimming. Children must be surveyed at all times.
