Booking Conditions [HE081A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4.30pm. Depart at 9am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€500 to be transferred to the Owner two weeks prior to arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages, by transfer, normally two weeks after departure.

Telephone

Telephone is available, but is restricted to incoming and local calls only. Wi-Fi (free to use). Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Included during summer season (May-Sept), but chargeable at €0.15/kwhr during the period from Oct - May with a meter reading on arrival and departure.

Gas / Oil

Wood stove in the living room free to use. (Electric heating in all rooms).

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and towels (1 large, 1 small) are included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the pool/beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included in the rental. Maid service during your stay available at €20 per hour. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are not expected to do the final cleaning everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the house or garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The rent is for up to 8 people + 1 baby. The Owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8 + 1 baby.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool safety: There is no fence around the pool but there is an alarm. The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
