Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

Euros €1800 by credit card upon arrival by the Owner - this will not be debited just held as a guarantee and released after your departure pending any agreed deductions for breakages. There is an obligatory Taxe de Sejour (Visitors Tax), payable at the local rate, per person per night for anyone over the age of 13, to be paid in cash on arrival.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr. Air conditioning is available at €200 per week. Pool heating (pompe a chaleur) is available at €200 per week.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and Bath Towels are included in the rental. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning - €200 euro cash on arrival. Please note, the owner requests sheets to be removed from all beds prior to departure, all washing up to be done, dishwasher to be emptied, the 3 toilets cleaned and all bins emptied. Maid service may be available during your stay please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Once per week (normally Wednesday) the pool man will visit the house to maintain the pool.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
