Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement.

Breakages

€500 or equivalent Breakages Deposit to be transferred to the South France Villas 2 weeks before arrival. To be returned less deductions for any breakages within 2 weeks after departure.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet Access is available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included apart from low season when up to 15 kwhrs per day is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.14/kwhr. Pool can be heated (mid April to mid October) on request and is included. The pool is not available mid October to mid April.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets and bath towels (1 large, 1 small) are included in the rental. Pool towels are also provided.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: Included in the rental price. Maid service during your stay may be available, please enquire for price. You are not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets may be allowed with prior agreement from the owner for a supplementary charge of €100 euro per pet. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 4. Taxe de sejour included for 2 people, additional people the amount wil be added to the balance.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming Pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
