Booking Conditions [HE096A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€1000 euro in June/September. €1300 in July/August. To be transferred direct to the owner's Bank account no later than 4 weeks before arrival (please note if this is not received, the owner will cancel the booking). To be returned by the owner by the same method within 10 days of departure, less deductions for any breakages. Please ensure you give the Owner your Bank details.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet available (no telephone). Mobile reception is good. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and Bath towels are included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge included. Maid service during your stay may be available please contact us for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8. The rent is for up to 8 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Sete WW Festival: special conditions apply to this period which is normally first week of July. 1. Names and ages of all the residents to be written on the contract and photocopies of passports provided at the time of booking. 2. Clause specifying that the house is rented exclusively to the people whose names appear on the contract and no ‘outside’ guests are permitted 3. Noise levels to be kept to ‘acceptable’ levels at all times 4. 1300 euros breakages deposit via Pay Pal 4 weeks before booking, which can be retained should people other than the ones specified in the contract be found using the property.
