Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival possible only by prior arrangement.

Breakages

€1000 euro to be paid by bank transfer direct to the owner to arrive no later than 10 days before arrival, to be returned less deductions for any breakages within 10 days of departure. Please contact the owner for their bank details and remember to supply them with your own for the return transfer. There is an obligatory Taxe de Sejour (tourist tax) per day per adult over 18 years payable on arrival.

Telephone

Internet Access - Wi-Fi. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Pool is heated May, June and September at no extra cost. However, this is not applicable for promotional or discounted periods, a supplement may apply please ask for details. The owner maintains the garden and pool every couple of days - please liaise when you meet on when is convenient.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Linen and towels are included. Beach towels can be arranged on request (maybe extra charge). The Owner will deliver clean linen/towels the mid Saturday for 2 week stays.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is €150 euro (deep cleaning due to Covid 19). Maid service may be available during your at an extra hourly rate please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, empty the dishwasher and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool is heated in May, June and September. Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
