Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturday in July and August and flexible in other months. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

1500 Euro transferred to the owner at least 2 weeks before arrival to be returned less any deductions for breakages within 1 week of departure. For weddings, the breakages deposit is 2500 Euro. An obligatory Visitors Tax, per person, per night, is payable in cash on arrival. Proof of personal liability insurance required and Wedding Event Insurance to include Public Liability for European Cover recommended.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included - air con/heating and heated pool (only available in May and September if necessary, up to a maximum of approx 24 degrees).

Gas / Oil

Oil fired central heating for winter months, included in the rental.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen, bath towels and towels for the pool are included. For 2 week stays a change of linen and towels is included, together with a light clean (bathrooms, floors and kitchen where possible).

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. There is a supplementary charge of 200 Euro clean up fee for weddings. For 2 week bookings a mid-stay linen change is included, together with a light clean (bathrooms, floors and kitchen where possible). Additional maid service may be available during your stay, please contact us for availability and price details. End-of-stay cleaning is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets may be allowed on prior request (cleaning surcharge may apply). Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden and grounds. Please note, the garden is not enclosed. There are other dogs at the property, although they are not normally allowed into the park, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12 (or 6/8 for reduced occupancy using 3/4 rooms in low season only), or on prior request, 18 people using the 7th bedroom/2 bed appartment (supplementary cost) subject to availability. For weddings, maximum guests are 50 indoors (to include residents staying at the property) or 120 outdoors (again to include residents staying at the property).

Additional

Should the French Government implement Covid restrictions, the whole group including outside guests, must be able to provide proof of full vaccination (Passe Sanitaire) or a negative PCR test. It is the responsibility of the individual clients, not the owner of the property, to ensure this requirement is complied with. Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. No charcoal BBQs, a gas BBQ/plancha is provided. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
