Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

GB£500 to be transferred into the Owner's account (details provided on request) 10 days prior to arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages 7 days after departure. For Events the Breakages Deposit will be higher - please ask for details.

Telephone

No telephone. Wi-Fi available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Pool can be heated the cost will be €200 Euro for the first week and €150 Euro per week thereafter (not normally heated in July/August).

Gas / Oil

Included.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and towels included, you will need to bring your own pool/beach towels.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €320 euro cash for full occupancy of 12 guests, or €200 cash for up to 6 people, with €20 per person over 6, payable on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Please note, this is a non-smoking property.

Pets

May be allowed on prior request at Owner's discretion for a supplementary charge of €50 euro per dog per week. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12. The rent is for up to 12 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. Please note that if you do not do so you may not be able to enter the property. Please remember to bring a copy of your Travel Insurance, which must include Personal Liability cover, together with the required cash for the Breakages Deposit to be handed to the Owner on arrival.
