Booking Conditions [HE133A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays, but can be flexible. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

750 Euro Breakages Deposit to be transferred to the Owner 14 days prior to arrival returned within 14 days of departure, less any agreed breakages. The Property Manager will be in touch with you direct with Bank details. Please remember to give your Bank Details too for the return transfer.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV, Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. The pool can be heated (max 29C) at a supplementary cost of Euro 100 per week (with advance notice and is not available in July/August). The pool is normally open from May to September/October.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the pool/beach, alternatively these can be hired at 5 Euro per person. Mid week change of linen for two week stays can be arranged please ask for details.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. Extra Maid service may be available during, with advance notice, please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8-9. The rent is for up to 8-9 People. Maximum numbers are 8 with the proviso for one child as a 9th person subject to agreement with the Owner.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
