Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement.

Breakages

€500 Euro or equivalent taken on credit card, (or €750 euro if pets included in the rental) and released after your stay.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV, Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included, please ensure windows are closed when the Air conditioning is on and please do not leave it on when you leave the property as electricity is expensive in France.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental. Mid stay linen change provided for stays of 2 weeks or more. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: Included. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are allowed on prior request and at the discretion of the Owner. The breakages deposit will be €750 euro if pets are included in the rental. Pets are not allowed on the furniture/beds or in the pool and any mess should be cleared away.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
