Booking Conditions [HE141A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest. The onwer has an apartment under the villa. They will move out if clients prefer them not to be onsite during their stay.

Breakages

€250 Euro or £250 GBP to be transferred to the Owners Bank Account 14 days prior to your arrival date. The Owner will provide bank details. This will be returned less deductions for any breakages within 10 days of departure. Remember to give the Owner your bank details so that the return transfer can be effected.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV, Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. There is an insert fire place - logs are not included. Pool heating and air conditioning included in the rental price.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the pool and beach. The owners can arrange for a change of linen if the rental is for more than 1 week. Extra charges may apply.

Cleaning

End-of-stay cleaning is included and covers "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. Bins should be emptied and recyling sorted as detailed in the house book. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Extra cleaning can be arranged at a supplementary cost.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 7. The rent is for up to 7 people.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool. The pool is heated from April to mid October. Pool safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
