Booking Conditions [HE146A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

£1000 GBP transferred to the Owners Bank Account no later than 2 weeks before arrival - please ask the owner for Bank Details - returned by the same method 10 days after departure, less any agreed breakages. Please remember to give the Owner your Bank Details for the return.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr. As the property has air-conditioning, please ensure windows and doors are closed whilst in use.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and towels (1 large, 1 small) are included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the pool and beach. For 2 week bookings a mid stay light clean of 2 hours, plus linen change is included.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €100 cash, payable on arrival. Extra cleaning may be possible during your stay with advance notice please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10. The rent is for up to 10 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Guests will be asked to sign a disclaimer, taking responsibility for their own and their children’s safety around the pool and for operating the pool alarm which must be left on at all times. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
