Changeover day is flexible Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement.
TBC, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure.
Wi-Fi available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Netflix-Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

nd-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. Extra Maid service may be available during your stay please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.
Pets are not allowed.
The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10. (No children under the age of 10)
Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The Client accepts responsibility for ensuring the appropriate swimming pool security is activated/in use when necessary. The owner or his representative is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times in and around the villa and pool area. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
