Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€800 (or GB equivalent) to be transferred to the Owner's Bank Account 2 weeks prior to arrival, returned within 14 days after departure, less any agreed breakages. Please contact the Owner direct for their Bank Details and remember to give them yours for the return transfer.Taxe de Sejour (tourist tax is applicable to this property the Owner will advise how much when you are in direct contact.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet Access is available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV – Sky, Freesat, Apple, Netflix TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Included. Air con in the 2 bedrooms is included.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and bath towels, together with towels for the pool/beach are included in the rental. For 2 weeks bookings there will be a mid stay change of linen and towels included. A mid stay clean for one week stays can be arranged at a supplementary charge.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: TBC. Additional Maid service during your stay available with advance notice please ask for detils.End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10. The rent is for up to 10 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk.It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependant upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
