Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is flexible. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Key box for entry so late arrival is possible

Breakages

€500 or equivalent by bank transfer to the owner 7 days before arrival and returned less deductions for any breakages within 7 days.

Telephone

Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV – Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 200 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Please do not use the air-conditioning with the windows open. Monthly winter rentals electricity is extra. Charging of Electric Cars will be extra if and where this facility is available.

Gas / Oil

If you would like to use the fireplace logs and kindling can be provided at an additional cost

Bed Linen & Towels

Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own towels for the pool and beach.

Cleaning

End-of-stay cleaning is included and is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets may be accepted upon request.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
