Booking Conditions [MP001B]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Monday. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€1000 in cash on arrival or entry to the property will be refused. Returned on the morning of departure, less any agreed deductions. For a Wedding, Event Insurance to include Public Liability for European Cover is recommended.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet available. Mobile reception is good. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included in the rental. Pool heating also included in the rental.

Gas / Oil

There is a log fire please enquire for details of wood costs.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and Bath towels are included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the pool.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge and 1 x 3 hour session of extra cleaning per week is included in the rental. Extra Maid service may be available during your stay available with advance notice please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12. The rent is for up to 12 people.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
