Arrival & Departure
Changeover day is normally Fridays (can be flexible). Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest. Please indicate flight arrival time at Marrakech as the residence is closed in the evening and the concierge will need to know in order to hand over the keys.
€200 cash payable on arrival and returned less deductions for any breakages on day of departure. The local Tourist Tax - Taxe de Sejour - is currently €2.10 per person, per day, payable in cash locally on arrival.
Wi-fi Internet Access is available, but can be intermittent. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.
Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr. Reversible air conditioning throughout.

Bed Linen & Towels
Bedsheets and towels are included in the rent.
End of stay cleaning charge €100 euros cash per week, to be paid directly to the housekeeper on arrival. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Apprx 8 hours (0900-1600 hours) of maid service/and or cooking per day during your stay is included in the rental.
Pets are not allowed.
The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8/9.
Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Clients must let the Property Manager know in advance if any visitors are expected. An identity check may be carried out by the Property Manager. The Owner's representative maintain the right to refuse entry without justification. Same rules apply to the signatory of the contract as to their external visitors and they agree to abide by the rules of the property. No arrivals for external visitors after 10 pm for security reasons.
