Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays (possibly flexible depending on availability). Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€800 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure. The local Tourist Tax - Taxe de Sejour - is currently €2.10 per person, per day, payable in cash locally on arrival.

Telephone

There is no telephone landline at the villa.

Electric

The electricity is included in the price.

Gas / Oil

Central heating is not included in the price and must be paid for by the clients.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedlinen and towels are included in the rental except pool and beach towels which have to be brought by clients.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included in the price. It is possible to arrange for a cleaning lady to come during the stay. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Animals are allowed as long as there is only one small pet in the villa at a time.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12. The rent is for upto 10 People. If there are 11 or 12 people, there is a supplementary charge of €100 per person per week.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
