Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€300 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure. The local Tourist Tax - Taxe de Sejour - is currently €2.10 per person, per day, payable in cash locally on arrival.

Telephone

There is Wi-Fi access next to the communal swimming pool and the owner can organise internet access via 3G Key with advance notice, to be used with clients own laptops (does not work with phones). Please note, internet access can be extremely intermittent and cannot be guaranteed. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr.

Gas / Oil

There is an open fire. Logs and kindling can be provided in the winter.

Bed Linen & Towels

All linen is included in the rent.

Cleaning

End of stay cleaning charge €100 euros cash for one week bookings, or €150 euros cash for 2 week bookings, to be paid directly to the housekeeper on arrival. Maid service and or cooking is included in the rental price - from 8.30 am to 3 pm everyday during your stay.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6 to 7

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Neither the Owner nor the Domaine or it's staff carry any responsibility for personal accidents and their direct or indirect consequence for clients or external visitors staying at the domaine. Clients must let the Property Manager know in advance if any visitors are expected. An identity check may be carried out by the Property Manager. The Owner's representative maintain the right to refuse entry without justification. Same rules apply to the signatory of the contract as to their external visitors and they agree to abide by the rules of the property. No arrivals for external visitors after 10 pm for security reasons.
