Arrival & Departure

Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€1000 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure.

Telephone

Wi-Fi included in rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Possibility to heat the swimming pool at a supplementary charge of €50 per day. To be paid either in cash on arrival or with balance payment.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and bath towels are included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the pool/beach. Please note - The Owner insists that you cannot come out of the pool wet and sit on the inside furniture and that no diving is permitted in the pool on the inside of the house.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. The Owner insists that you cannot come out of the pool wet and sit on the inside furniture and that no diving is permitted in the pool on the inside of the house. Only clients and owners have permanent access to the Domain. Clients must let the guardian know in advance if any visitors are expected. An identity check may be carried out by the guardian. The guardian/owner's representative maintain the right to refuse entry without justification. Same rules apply to the signatory of the contract as to their external visitors and they agree to abide by the rules of the property. No arrivals for external visitors after 10 pm for security reasons. You may be requested to pay a small tourist tax locally. Jurisdiction pertaining to any aspect of the villa/riad rental (as opposed to the booking) is to be settled by the Moroccan courts (Morocco).
