Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays (flexible arrival days may be possible). Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

£400 GBP or €500 Euro to be transferred to the owner's bank account no later than 14 days before arrival, to be returned via the same method less deductions for any breakages within 10 days of departure. Please remember to let the owner have your own bank details for the return transfer.

Telephone

Wi-Fi available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. There is a €100 euro per week supplement to pay for pool heating in April/October.

Gas / Oil

Electric Central Heating.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and towels (1 large, 1 small) are included, together with towels for the pool/beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning is included. Maid service during your stay available at an extra cost. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets are not allowed

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6/7. The rent is for up to 6/7 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. The heated pool is operational from the beginning of April through until the end of October and the temperature is dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
