Booking Conditions [VR021A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays.( Flexible outside of July and August) Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€1500 euro to be transferred to owners bank account 10 days before arrival and will be returned less deductions for any breakages within 10 days of your departure. The Owner will contact you in advance of your arrival with Bank Details, please remember to give your Bank Details for the return transfer. Taxe de sejour (tourist tax) is to be paid to the owner at the same time, per night per adult.

Telephone

Internet is available and included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Included, any excess use may be charged, air-conditioning in the bedrooms not to be left on in the daytime.

Gas / Oil

There is a woodburner at the property, wood can be supplied - price on application.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and Bath Towels are included. Please bring your own towels for the beach and pool. Linen and towel changes can be arranged at an additional charge for stays of one week or more.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning fee - included in the rental. Extra Maid service may be possible during your stay with advance notice please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 9.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires, charcoal or gas bbq's anywhere in the property grounds. No smoking in the property. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
