Booking Conditions [VR022A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays in July and August. Arrival at 16.30pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

1500 Euro to be transferred to the Owner's Bank Account 10 days prior to arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages within 14 days of departure. Owner's Bank details will be advised upon Receipt of Deposit, please remember to give your Bank Details to the Owner so that the Breakages Deposit can be returned by the same method. Taxe de sejour payable on arrival or from deposit per day per adult.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Air conditioning is also included. Guests are reminded to keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning.

Gas / Oil

Wood for the wood burning stove - please ask for details.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen, bath towels and pool towels are included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-stay cleaning is included and is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
