Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival possible as there is a key box.

Breakages

500 Euro/GBP/ by bank transfer 10 days prior to arrival, returned less deductions for local tourist tax and any breakages within 2 weeks for the bank transfer. Please contact the Owner direct for Bank Details and do not forget to give them yours for the return transfer.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included, please do not leave the AC on when not in the rooms. Charging of Electric Cars will be extra if and where this facility is available.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are included in the rental.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, bins emptied and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Extra maid service & cleaning maybe available but needs to be arranged prior to arrival.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8 adults and 2 children.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
