Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, that your arrival time coincides, with the arrival times.

Breakages

€400 cash should be paid directly to the owner on arrival to be returned on the morning of departure, plus €600 or equivalent cheque on arrival, to be returned 10 days after departure.

Telephone

Telephone is available on demand, but is restricted to incoming and local calls only. Wi-Fi available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr.

Gas / Oil

If the central heating is required, there is a standard charge of €50 euros per week - wood for the wood burning stove is offered free of charge.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets, towels and beach towels are provided.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is €140 cash, payable on arrival (€110 for couples) to cover end of stay clean and laundry. Maid service during your stay is available on prior demand at €12 per hour. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 5.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool (Shared with owner) Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
