Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 1700hrs. Depart at 1000hrs. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€800 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on departure.

Telephone

Telephone is available on demand, but is restricted to incoming and local calls only. Internet access - broadband and normally Wi-Fi. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV, Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Pool can be heated from May to September and is included in the rent. Possibility to heat the pool in April and October at the supplementary charge of €150 euro per week.

Gas / Oil

Central heating oil consumption is charged at €0.50 per litre. If you would like to use the fireplace logs and kindling can be provided at €40 per week

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen is included in the rental during July/August. Outside this period, bed linen is charged at 15 Euro per person. Towels/Pool Towels are included. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is €250 Euro. This is payable in cash on arrival. For 2 or more week rentals, 4 hours cleaning is included in the rental, to be arranged with the keyholder on arrival. Extra Maid service may be possible during your stay with advance notice please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets may be allowed on prior request. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 15.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. The swimming pool is heated only between the months of May to September inclusive. Possibility to heat the pool in April/October for a supplement of €150 euros per week (advance notice required). Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Please note this property has a Septic tank on site - please familiarise yourself with Owner's instructions for correct use. Please give access to the pool man and gardener.
