Booking Conditions [VU021A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€500 in cash on arrival, to be returned on the morning of departure, less any deductions for breakages. There is also a Taxe de Sejour (Visitors Tax) to be paid in cash on arrival.

Telephone

Telephone is not available. Wi-Fi Internet access is available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Possibility of heated pool planned for 2024 season for April, May, June, September and October at a supplementary charge of €200 euro per week.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

One set of bedsheets, bath towels, tea towels and pool towels are included.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. Extra Maid service may be available during your stay please ask for details. One week bookings - 2 hours of cleaning included mid week (day to be agreed on arrival). Two week bookings - 2 hours of cleaning with a change of linen at the end of the first week and 2 hours of cleaning mid week the second week (day to be agreed on arrival) included. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are allowed, with a supplemental charge of 30 euro per week, per pet. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8. The rent is for up to 8 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
