Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€2000 transferred to the Owner 2 weeks prior to arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages 1 week after departure. Please remember to give you Bank Details to the Owner for the return transfer. Booking Confirmation for this property is 50% non refundable Deposit.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet available (no telephone). Mobile reception is good. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included in the rental. Air conditioning in the main house bedrooms included/programmed at night only.

Gas / Oil

Heating if required 250 Euro per week.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen, bath towels and pool towels are included in the rental.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning is included. 2 hours housekeeping three times per week is also included Extra Maid service during may be available during your stay please ask for details and costs. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. Please also empty bins and sort recyling. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10. The rent is for up to 10 People. If the Main House only is rented the rental is for a maximum of 6 people in 3 bedrooms (the guest suite remains closed and unoccupied).

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
