We are now taking bookings for 2025 and 2026 villa holidays in the South of France. As our French Holiday Homes are all within a short drive from budget airline airports in the Languedoc (Occitanie), Provence and Cote d’Azur, they need not cost the earth and we do not charge any booking fees.
We also have a selection of luxury villas in Corsica and Morocco.

Villa Les Mimosas, Infinity Pool, 5 min walk to Beautiful Village, 5km to South of France Beaches
We were won over by the comfort and location of this spacious villa, just a 2-minute walk from the village of Bormes-les-Mimosas. In a quiet, green setting not overlooked, the view is magnificent and what a joy to contemplate the landscape while relaxing in the infinity pool... when the children are willing to share it with their parents! Very well equipped and maintained, the house stays cool despite the summer temperatures. We were won over by the large terrace (adjoining the spacious living room) allowing us all to meet up (4 adults and 7 children) at mealtimes and enjoy the exceptional view. The proximity of the picturesque village of Bormes and its weekly market of local products makes it a pleasant destination for an end-of-day stroll.

The house is a lovely country home, we had a great time, no complaints. We had everything we needed there. And the property manager was great, super helpful, and very responsive when we needed him.

Villa Maia, South of France Modern Villa with 4 En Suites, Air-Con & Heated Pool
This has been an exceptional family holiday in your beautiful home, with so much care, incredible welcoming breads, cheeses, wines and the several deliveries of pastries during the week. The generosity of the meal in Montady was so welcomed, such an unexpected treat. The food and atmosphere were incredible, such a celebration. We had a challenging day, as one of our sons collapsed in the morning due to severe back pain and we had to call out the paramedics, who were brilliant, very thorough and took him to hospital to be checked out. Luckily, the pain killers enabled him to enjoy the meal with us at Le Tour and have a lovely last day. The villa is so special with really good showers, wonderful pool where we have spent many happy hours, the BBQ and lots of seating areas, bedrooms all lovely. We loved the location and did lots of cycling to the local villages, including Capestang for the market. Great to have the bikes and some of us cycled to Beziers. A highlight was driving to Gorges Heric for a lovely walk and swim in one of the pools there and then a drink in the very scenic town of Roquebrun. So much laughter, happiness and memories to be cherished. I would love to return for my 70th in 5 years time! Many thanks for an incredible stay, helped along by sunshine every day.
