We are now taking bookings for 2025 and 2026 villa holidays in the South of France. As our French Holiday Homes are all within a short drive from budget airline airports in the Languedoc (Occitanie), Provence and Cote d’Azur, they need not cost the earth and we do not charge any booking fees.
We also have a selection of luxury villas in Corsica and Morocco.

Villa Maia, South of France Modern Villa with 4 En Suites, Air-Con & Heated Pool
This has been an exceptional family holiday in your beautiful home, with so much care, incredible welcoming breads, cheeses, wines and the several deliveries of pastries during the week. The generosity of the meal in Montady was so welcomed, such an unexpected treat. The food and atmosphere were incredible, such a celebration. We had a challenging day, as one of our sons collapsed in the morning due to severe back pain and we had to call out the paramedics, who were brilliant, very thorough and took him to hospital to be checked out. Luckily, the pain killers enabled him to enjoy the meal with us at Le Tour and have a lovely last day. The villa is so special with really good showers, wonderful pool where we have spent many happy hours, the BBQ and lots of seating areas, bedrooms all lovely. We loved the location and did lots of cycling to the local villages, including Capestang for the market. Great to have the bikes and some of us cycled to Beziers. A highlight was driving to Gorges Heric for a lovely walk and swim in one of the pools there and then a drink in the very scenic town of Roquebrun. So much laughter, happiness and memories to be cherished. I would love to return for my 70th in 5 years time! Many thanks for an incredible stay, helped along by sunshine every day. Les Rocailles, South of France Beachfront Villa with Heated Pool
I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. We received a warm welcome from the owner and his granddaughter who showed us around the house. Our first impression on entering the living space was 'wow' as the room was flooded with light and beyond the terrace shimmered the sea. The front room is elegant and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, good beds and a great range of outdoor space both sociable or private if you wanted to find a quiet corner. The location was spot on with amenities and restaurants within walking distance and the win of being on the beach and enjoying the incredible sunsets and sea view. The whole group felt at home there and said that they would like to return. The owner and his wife are lovely people, they provided wine, juice and water for our arrival and a gift of biscuits when we left. We had spent the year looking forward to a relaxing holiday and it didn't disappoint. Many thanks. SFV Client, September 2025.

Very beautiful property in a quiet village close to everything, the owner is always available, the swimming pool is perfect at 29 degrees.
The beds are comfortable.
