Our holiday villas in the South of France have been carefully chosen to make sure they correspond to what our loyal clients are looking for. We are now taking bookings for 2025 and 2026 villa holidays in the South of France. As our French Holiday Homes are all within a short drive from budget airline airports in the Languedoc (Occitanie), Provence and Cote d’Azur, they need not cost the earth and we do not charge any booking fees.
We also have a selection of luxury villas in Corsica and Morocco.

Chateau Maximillian, Exclusive Luxury Chateau close to Nice, Panoramic Sea Views, Hot Tub & Gym
We stayed at this incredible villa in Nice for a full week as a group of 10, and it was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences we’ve ever had.
The villa is perched perfectly above the port, offering panoramic views of the sparkling Côte d’Azur. Waking up each morning to that view — with the boats gently swaying in the harbor and the sun rising over the Mediterranean — was pure magic. Every evening felt like a postcard, with golden sunsets that lit up the coastline.
Inside, the villa was just as impressive. Spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed, it easily accommodated our group without ever feeling crowded. Each room had its own charm, and the common areas — especially the living room and outdoor terrace — were ideal for gathering, relaxing, and sharing meals.
The outdoor space was a highlight: a gorgeous pool with sea views, plenty of loungers, and a shaded dining area where we spent countless hours enjoying long lunches, local rosé, and great company. The kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for cooking as a group, and we also took advantage of nearby restaurants and markets, all within easy reach.
The location couldn't have been better — peaceful and private, yet just minutes from the heart of Nice, the beach, and all the charm the French Riviera has to offer. We explored Eze, Monaco, and Villefranche-sur-Mer, all a short drive away.
Our hosts were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful — always available for anything we needed, including recommendations for local spots and arranging transportation.
This villa gave us the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and that unbeatable Côte d’Azur lifestyle. If you’re looking for a dream stay in Nice for a larger group, this is the place.
Christophe the chef was outstanding, I would thoroughly recommend him. We had dietary requirements and nothing was a problem, he catered for 2 gluten free and a vegan and made the food amazing He is worth every bit of money! I would get him again in a heartbeat.

Villa Les Mimosas, Infinity Pool, 5 min walk to Beautiful Village, 5km to South of France Beaches
We were won over by the comfort and location of this spacious villa, just a 2-minute walk from the village of Bormes-les-Mimosas. In a quiet, green setting not overlooked, the view is magnificent and what a joy to contemplate the landscape while relaxing in the infinity pool... when the children are willing to share it with their parents! Very well equipped and maintained, the house stays cool despite the summer temperatures. We were won over by the large terrace (adjoining the spacious living room) allowing us all to meet up (4 adults and 7 children) at mealtimes and enjoy the exceptional view. The proximity of the picturesque village of Bormes and its weekly market of local products makes it a pleasant destination for an end-of-day stroll.
