We are now taking bookings for 2025 and 2026 villa holidays in the South of France. As our French Holiday Homes are all within a short drive from budget airline airports in the Languedoc (Occitanie), Provence and Cote d’Azur, they need not cost the earth and we do not charge any booking fees.

Villa Cassandra, Air-Con, 5 Ensuites, Walk to Beach & Restaurants, Infinity Pool and Stunning Views
Superb location with great views over the sea, Pool was brilliant and just what we wanted. Generally, the villa was more than adequate although a little dated in parts. There were a few issues with the bathroom and fridge door but they were quickly sorted out. (Update-The owner has replaced the fridge)
The walk into town was easy going but a bit of a struggle getting back up the hill! We used Uber a fair amount .We really enjoyed our stay as did our friends and family.

St Geniès-de-Fontedit, Large Holiday Villa with AC, Walking Distance to Village with Cafe and Local Shops
We are back home in Guernsey and already missing Genies. I just wanted to say your home is beautiful and was beyond our expectations. We settled in really well and felt very much at home. The house is beautifully designed and decorated with so much space, we particularly loved having the choice of three outside spaces to enjoy the sun throughout the day.
The village is lovely and has a very warm and welcoming feel about it, we visited the bar a number of times and the family who run it were very friendly. The food was as you said, pretty good too. We also frequented Rana the pizza take-out, again delicious! The bakery did not disappoint either. I don't know how but we just ran out of time to visit the local vineyards but did walk up the gorge as you suggested, we were so pleased we did as it was so lovely. Also visited Beziers several times and really enjoyed the wine tasting event on Thursday evenings with all the music, lights and fountains! I could go on...
Anyway, I just wanted to say we have had a really fabulous holiday and very much hope to visit again. All the best and thanks again.
