Très belle et immense maison où nous avez passés de super vacances entre amis. Les propriétaires sont présents en cas de besoin et réactifs s'il y a un problème. Très grande maison, dommage que de base on ne puisse pas y être un peu plus (nos enfants de mois d'un an étant comptés comme des adultes). La pool house séparée a permi aux personnes sans enfants d'être tranquillles la nuit :) (mais c'est le cas dans la maison aussi, les bruits ne s'entendant quasi pas.) We have had a great time in this wonderful house with fantastic views of the countryside. The house has lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and also a large kitchen/living area, which makes it suitable for a large group. But since it is also very cosy, it is also very suitable for a smaller group or a couple. It has all amenities, like good kitchen, terrace with BBQ, swimming pool, garden, pool table, tv etc for a relaxing holiday. The house is surrounded by vineyards, but also the sea, the Causes and even the Pyrenees are not that far away, so an excellent location to explore the Languedoc (either by car or by bicycle). We (2 adults and 3 boys ages 11,13 & 14) stayed at the villa for 2 weeks and had a brilliant holiday. The villa is decked out to a very high standard and the owners provide all sorts of extras to make the stay easy.
There really is everything you could ever need and more.
The pool is a good size - the boys loved it. The patio is again equipped with loungers, chairs, tables, umbrellas - it is a lovely place to relax.
Only 5 minutes drive away is Roujan where the big supermarket can be found.

I meant to email you when we got back to say how pleased we were with the experience we had with your company. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The property owner was also really helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. The apartment was amazing (I don't think the photos on your website actually do it justice!). It's probably the nicest accommodation we have rented and we have been to quite a few places! It was very clean and had everything we needed there. It was a fantastic location with beautiful balcony views, easy access to the beach and the 'shared' pool we had to ourselves most of the time.

Perfectly situated only a 60 yard walk from the lively village centre which has a fantastic friendly bar frequented by all the locals. The Villa is well equipped with a good kitchen, comfortable beds and ideal outdoor space designed for alfresco dining after cooling off in the pool. The local shops include a butcher, baker, deli, fromagerie, a great pizzeria and three restaurants so there is no need to do the big supermarket shop, just shop daily for fresh food as needed. We had a lovely time at Capestang there was so much to do there and your house was lovely. And here is some feedback you can put on the website or other channels/ give other people about things to do:
The house is beautiful, the swimming pool a real treat and the owners have thought of everything to keep children entertained with pool, table tennis and card games and the air conditioning was most welcome in the 2 main bedrooms.
Capestang itself is lovely and everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the music in the square on a Saturday night was a holiday high and all the restaurants was excellent. If you want to travel further a field, the river Orb and Saint Guilhem le Desert, both pretty villages with excellent water activities, the marinas and beaches of Meze and Sete and the romance of Carcassonne were all holiday highs, the dinosaur park near Meze was also surprisingly good if you have younger children and finally the restaurants in Le Somail are excellent and well worth the trip. We stayed in Capestang for 14 days and never once were we bored and always considered the 12 hr drive well worth the trip.
The only thing you may want to warn people about are the church bells which ring every hour including during the night, they weren’t a problem for us, but could well have a huge impact on a light sleeper - but other than that I don’t have any suggestions on how to improve the whole holiday experience as we simply had a lovely time.

I really enjoyed our stay in Pezenas; the house was a kind of 'hidden pearl / surprise'; the inside of the house was really nice, we did not expect this from the outside of the house and the fact that its location is on walking distance to Pezenas was also a big plus!

Villa Chenet was the perfect retreat for us for two weeks of peace and calm in a beautiful hillside location yet only 15-20 minutes from beaches and constant sunshine. Sufficiently out of the way from the hustle and bustle of a beach location but not isolated and close (15 minutes by car) to all facilities with local restaurants within 5 minutes. The villa is lovely, spacious and very well fitted out; home from home but with all the extra advantages. The pool (even heated!) is in the sun most of the day. You could spend the whole holiday (subject to provisions) at the Villa without venturing out - but we liked exploring the area and other parts of the region. A trip to Monaco was only about an hour away. The owners are very helpful and they were always available if we needed them (which we did to find out efficiency of local postal facilities); and Audrey, the house manager, is a delight and goes out of her way to provide any information you may require.
