Our host, was friendly, welcoming and responsive to all our requests. The villa is superb, with great art and a lovely pool. The location is easily accessible (without a car) as we used local buses and trains from Beziers. The owner also kindly gave us a lift! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Can I start by saying we have immensely enjoyed staying at your beautiful house. We holidayed in the languedoc for Felicity’s first ten years, until she decided All Inclusive holidays were her thing! So coming back this year, her choice last minute, has been wonderful for us. We have decided to leave the house tomorrow to stay our last night in La Cite, Carcassonne. A trip down memory lane. Villa was lovely, although we have stayed here before so knew what to expect.
The location for us is fine, but can be a very short drive to bars or restaurants. You can however easily walk to a baker/butcher/supermarket. For us though, everything about is perfect and the owner seems like a really decent guy. Would definitely stay here again and hope to do so.

We have had the most wonderful 2 weeks staying in this beautiful converted old stone barn house, in the heart of Ginestas. There was nothing that we couldn’t find within the house to make it truly feel like a home away from home. The living area was extremely spacious, we never felt like we were on top of each other in the house. The courtyard is completely private and the sun shines in it throughout the day. We have three children aged 12, 11 & 7 and they spent the majority of the time having so much fun in the pool. We were staying there while there was an extreme heatwave of about 45 degrees for 3-4 days so the pool was a relief, but inside the house was lovely and cool too, if you wanted it to be. Jess, who was our point of contact, would reply within minutes if ever we needed any advice about places to visit etc. We spent many evenings eating outside, making use of the outdoor mini kitchen area in the courtyard.
The village itself is a truly charming traditional French Languedoc village, with a lovely community feel to it. There are a few places to eat and we enjoyed each of them. Le Table du Casino was probably our favourite, the kids had shuffleboard and a few other games in there to keep them happy which meant the adults were also happy!

We had a brilliant family (3 generations) holiday at the Golf house. The house is stunning, very spacious and very comfortable. The equipment all worked very well and it is very well equipped indeed. The garden is lovely and the pool wonderful. We all enjoyed every moment. Just got back from a week in this lovely residence. The house has some serious wow factor! Superb amenities, spacious kitchen with everything you could want regarding gadgets and utensils. Lovely living room and nice large bedrooms all ensuite. To be honest, we didn't spend much time inside though. Our days were spent either by the private pool, or out exploring the local area. The nights were spent on one of the two patios stargazing (the shooting stars were fantastic!) and enjoying a glass or two of the local vin rouge. All in all, I would highly recommend this property. A lovely couple of weeks in the sunny South of France, thank you for your hospitality, help, recommendations and the regular deliveries of sweet treats and bread. We really enjoyed getting our on the bikes and found some lovely routes to neighbouring Capestang, Montady and Colombiers. Thank you for the lovely meal at Pourquoi pas it is a lovely setting for dinner. The local feria in Beziers was great fun and an exciting celebration to go an experience. We certainly have a new found love for Saint Chinian wine after our visit to the cave for a tasting. Thank you again from all of us.
We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous villa. The villa was spotless, roomy and pretty cool, even without using the air conditioning. The set-up around the pool was very inviting with the right contrast of sun and shade. It’s a bit of a steep walk down to the pool but my elderly in-laws made it without any trouble! The owner is very friendly and welcoming. When the kettle broke, he was at our door the next day with a new one! The location was as described, a 15 minute walk into the village and about 30min drive to the beach and 20min to Beziers.
Overall, if you want a villa holiday in this region, this villa should be on your option list.
We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Pezenas and thought it was beautifully furnished and it was a great pleasure to stay there. It was very special to have all our daughters with us and we were blessed with good weather.
Our second time in this very comfortable well equipped luxury (home ). We made full use of the lovely out door kitchen, relaxing, cooking pizza in the oven, and topping up our drinks with the ice cube maker. Fab weather to use the salt water pool (late July early Aug). Great attention to the details made this a return holiday to remember, and it’s only been improved since our last visit. Thank you Michelle first class again. The A Family.

We absolutely loved the Villa. Great facilities and perfect location. The upstairs front bedroom was very hot despite the air con but apart from that everything was brilliant. (owner's response, in high season aircon works if doors and windows are kept closed during the day)
We used the dine in service twice. Excellent food and service. Easy to organise. We used suntransfers for the airport pick ups which worked well.
