The villa was beautiful- clean, spacious, well equipped and in a good location. It was perfect for our family young and older. The pool was kept so clean and the different spaces around the pool for sunbathing or cooling down in the shade was fantastic. We made great use of the barbeque and the little fella loved the playroom. The town of Marseillan is a lovely typical French town. We found it friendly and had lots of nice places to eat. It was also a good base for exploring the area- we took some trips to sete, mèze, and the wine making country side. Our hosts were lovely too. Our only recommendation for improvement would be to change an extra bedroom downstairs to a double. We would love to return and will definitely recommend to others.

Villa HE093A Myself and a group of friends are just back from a week in this wonderful villa. The villa was wonderful. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you can possibly need. Philippe, the owner is a fantastic host. The bread cheese and wine he left for us on arrival was totally unexpected, but very enjoyable. He also provided us with croissants for breakfast twice during the week. The villa is very spacious and is ideal for families or groups of friends. It is ideally situated, as there are lots of places to visit within a 20-30 minute drive. I would definately recommend this villa. Anne. visited May 2018
The villa was terrific! Immaculate and comfortable in every way! The kitchen is beautifully kitted out, albeit a bit dark, and really had anything a 'chef de cuisine' could wish for. We mainly ate in as my one son is vegetarian and we really were lacking for nothing as far as utensils, gadgets etc were concerned.
On the last day we met the owner, with her team of cleaners. Mme is charming and it is she who is responsible for the interior design (she's an interior decorator). There are some very stylish pieces in the villa.
All in all a great success!

We rented this villa for a week and were not disappointed! Everything is very well organised by the owner who answered all our questions and did all he could to make our stay most enjoyable. The villa is lovely, clean and has been renovated with great taste. To have a heated pool is a real plus, especially when the sun decides not to shine - jump in with eyes closed! We have just spent an excellent week in this calm and green environment. A lovely, comfortable villa both inside and out. Terrace, swimming pool, sun loungers – all great! Close to the magnificent town of Pezenas and the stunning Abbey de Valmagne – not forgetting the local markets! Adorable and discrete owner. April 2018
The house, the interior and the location are exactly as in the photos. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, beach clubs, etc. The view is priceless. The owner is very sympathetic and helpful. Recommended!
The Villa is a real testament to the passion that the Owners have shared whilst creating this villa. They are passionate about it and because it’s their home, it’s a real privilege to be permitted to stay in it. It has French charm but also has lovely touches that make it comfortable and relaxing to stay in and the owners welcome opinions on how it can be further improved. If you think something needs changing the Owner welcomes the feedback. It’s refreshing to find someone so amenable and wiling to make your holiday experience even better. Some holiday homes feel too personal to the Owners and personally I don’t like to stay somewhere where the Owner’s possessions litter the villa because you do feel as though you cannot relax amongst someone else’s possessions so we like the minimalist style of the villa.
Security is important and I like the fact that it is gated and walled in. The bathrooms have been renovated to a very high standard, and the pool and gardens are beautiful. The terrace is fantastic in the evenings and to sit and listen to the sounds of the music wafting up from the square at the bottom of the hill is fantastic. We were fortunate enough to be there for the music festival last year and with a cold glass of rose in hand, it was heaven, especially after leaving a bustling Nice airport! Le Clos de St Pierre is a wonderful location to eat in as is the brasserie, all within walking distance really. The church bell adds to the ambience as do the residents when you see them playing boules in the square and what I especially like is the fact that we are not surrounded by tourists.
France is a fantastic country where the French truly appear to have it all and Le Rouret village is great because its 30 mins from the airport and within driving distance to Valbonne for the great markets and pretty shops and cafes. We never tire of visiting this every year and look forward to it. It is truly the only place I know where my husband actually doesn’t spend all day on his phone or laptop. The local supermarkets are great. Fish and meat produce along with fruit and veg are fantastic and the wines are great. For teenagers, it is quiet, but our daughter tends to go to Monte Carlo by train and into Antibes etc if she is looking for a more bustling environment, both of which are very accessible. The villa can accommodate 8 people very easily and we very often suggest that ours bring a friend but we sometimes find that friends holiday in the area as it is popular and so very often she has friends staying nearby. We had a lovely holiday in Tourettes Sur Loup. The house is a large and very comfortable family home with beautiful views over the township and well beyond - in fact all the way to Antibes and the coast. The temptation was always there to just stay at home and enjoy its Provencal charm, but on most days it served as a well situated base from which to explore such wonderful places as Saint Paul de Vence, Nice, Grasse and Cannes. Tourettes itself is a charming and relaxing town full of artists and outstanding restaurants, and really serves as the perfect location for anyone wanting to enjoy the glories of Provence.
