We were a family of 6 plus dog and this villa suited our needs perfectly. The villa itself was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was perfect and breakfast on the terrace with wonderful views was something to look forward to each morning. The caretaker, was very helpful and just 5 minutes away if we needed anything. We enjoyed going down to the local village and eating at the restaurants there in the evenings and when we wanted bit of sand and sea Sainte Maxime was just 15 minutes away. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely recommend this villa to friends and family and hope to return ourselves in near future. From the Housebook - August 2016
We (two couples) spent a wonderful, peaceful week in Villa Oleander. I'ts lovely, large, private and fully equipped with everything we needed. The restaurants we tried in town were all really good, the bakeries were exceptional and the town people extremely friendly. We took day trips to St. Tropez, St. Maxime, St. Raphael, Grimaud and Port Grimaud and all were different and exciting. We went to many markets on various days and they were all fun to shop at and buy souvenirs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa. We all highly recommend this home. This property is beautiful and fantastically located for Aix and local amenities. In saying that, we barely left the pool as we were enjoying the weather and surroundings so much! Shielded from the road by a long driveway this lovely, comfortable home is close to Aix and well located for visiting all Provence has to offer. Just a 3 minute drive to Carrefour supermarket. We dined alfresco most evenings under the stars enjoying the BBQ, the pool area directly outside the main sitting room is well maintained and the pool which is quite deep was always cool and refreshing. We all had an absolutely fantastic time. " Best holiday to date" was the quote. In terms of feedback the property exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and facilities great, very spacious and peaceful and immaculate. It was so convenient to make short trips to the wonderful villages and towns in Provence and Cote d'Azur. This four bedroom home was the perfect setting for our family's summer holiday in France. We enjoyed using the spacious swimming pool everyday as well as the billiards game room. The BBQ/plancha and outdoor dining area were a perfect touch - this place is a gem. The home is located in a quaint, peaceful village with everything you need - cafe, bakery, grocery store and post office. Our children loved walking the winding cobble stoned streets to get the morning baguette and croissants. Nearby regional attractions are easily accessible by car.

Beautifully equipped, spacious property in a quiet village setting. The village is well served with two good epicerie, boulangerie, pharmacy and regular visits from butchers, shellfish, fish and vegetables. There are also supermarkets nearby. The managers and live local, they are full of ideas and advice. The area is in the Faugeres wine appelation and is surrounded by vines. There are five wine makers within the village. The villagers are extremely friendly and very helpful with the language, many speak good English. The nearby restaurants are great, the beach side bar was well used. We used the caterers that you suggested and the food was superb canapés and morsels. We throughly recommend them. We held our wedding festival weekend here for 60 people in September and it was like a fairy tale wedding, better than we could have ever imagined. It accommodated up to 29 people in a huge array of rooms, each were a 5 star masterpiece as the owner is an interior designer. Our additional 30 guests we were able to accommodate at 2 other villas within 5 mins drive of the venue. We held our pre drinks by the pool, wedding under the huge tree, lawn games / cocktail party on the lawn and then reception dinner in the Orangerie (all in the 1 venue). Friday night dinner we held at Beziers plage, a huge outdoor restaurant in the next Chateau and then Sunday BBQ by the pool. The town of Beziers is less than 10 mins drive away with everything you need, including train station and airport to pick up guests. Sourcing suppliers was tough but we found a host of English speaking people. Beach is only a 25 min drive away. The owner of the venue and her husband were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Let us use the place as our own over the 4 days and gave us all the help and bits and pieces we needed to make the day perfect. This place was perfect, ticked all the boxes!Mark, September 2016
