We had a fantastic time at the chateau for our wedding. It worked perfectly and all of the guests loved the setting so much. In the end, eating indoors was great as everyone got to see the chateau inside which added an extra buzz. The great thing about this venue is there are so many inside and outside settings so that there is a beautiful option for every weather possibility! Martine has a good list of contacts that we used for babysitting, cleaning and cooking for other days we stayed. We loved our stay in the villa. The bedrooms and bathrooms were private and comfortable. All of our guests expressed how much they liked them. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast that was ready for our group before we left for the days activities. A very nice assortment with wonderful croissants and coffee. We spent 7 days in paradise in our villa overlooking the beautiful village of Tourette-sur-Loup. The villa is huge, with a roof terrace overlooking the valley where we ate breakfast and dinner. We have just returned from a fabulous week at Les 3 Pins - the second time we have stayed there. The property is a superb holiday base. The kitchen is very well equipped, if you want to self cater; if not, it is only a ten/fifteen minute walk into Pezenas to access the many good restaurants there. Pezenas is a lovely old town. There are four good bedrooms, with the upstairs master being particularly spacious and comfortable. There are several places to eat and to sit, both inside and out, so it's a very relaxing place to chill out, whatever the weather. We were lucky, so we spent a lot of time sunbathing around the pool and cooling down in it. The tennis court and table tennis table were also put to good use during the cooler parts of the day. The owners are very welcoming, relaxed and amiable hosts. They don't intrude, but are always available nearby if needed. Beautiful villa with breathtaking views. Villa is in a quiet residential area and only a short walk into the centre / down to the beach and harbour. Villa was well equipped but you need to take additional towels as guests are only provided with one towel per person. We had a couple of minor snags during our week but these were very quickly rectified. Would highly recommend the villa and Collioure as a holiday destination. Our stay at Domaine Marsanne was spectacular. The villa was the perfect size for our group of four couples, as we each had a large, beautifully decorated bedroom with a private bath. There are two living rooms, a spacious dining room, a gourmet kitchen, and three outdoor dining areas, including one by the pool. The immaculately landscaped grounds reminded us of a Monet painting and include a petanque court, which led to some delightful pre-dinner competitions. The villa is well situated, about twenty minutes from Avignon and St. Remy and about 30 minutes from Les Baux and Isle sur la Sorgue. It was an easy drive to Pont du Gard, Nimes, Gordes and Roussillon. We were able to do a lot of sight seeing while being able to return in time to chill by the pool and prepare dinner. Our hosts were kind and helpful, and provide a notebook filled with tourist information. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be able to return one day. Judith, May 2019
We have just had a really enjoyable stay at Bastide Maia, it was the most perfect villa with a beautiful large heated pool. The accommodation was a perfect layout for our party of 6 adults (3 couples)with our own individual space and was so well equipped with everything we could have ever needed as well as being spotlessly clean. The location is excellent too with an easy walk to the quaint, authentic local village with a great boulangerie and pizzeria. the owners were the most lovely people, so polite and kind with a great laid back attitude to renting out their gorgeous house. Philippe kept delivering breakfast for us and one day left us a delicious tarte aux pommes. He went out of his way to make sure we had a brilliant time and genuinely cared about us. I can't recommend the villa enough it was beautiful. The service offered by South France Villas is also excellent as Yvonne found this villa for me after we had spoken on the phone about my requirements which were fully met. Beautiful villa with an infinity pool and view of the Bay of St. Tropez. The rooms and beds are quite comfortable. It has modern appliances but the clothes dryer was not working when we were there. We also had a problem with wifi and TV but owners notified us of the problem and did what they could to have it fixed. All in all it was a great experience and the hosts were responsive and accomodating. There was a large damage deposit (£1000) which was refunded promptly but if you are from the US, you lose money on the transfers and exchange. I would stay at this property again. We had a great week over Easter. A really lovely, well equipped villa that was perfect for our family of five. We got really lucky with the weather and spent most mornings visiting a local beach and then the afternoon by the pool/in the hot tub. There's so much to see and do in the area and it was very nice to visit at the start of the season whilst it was still quiet. The owners could not have been more accommodating. They even did a full shop for us before we arrived. Which was blissful as French supermarkets can be a bit overwhelming on the first day of your holiday. We had a great stay at the villa, the owner and her family welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know. The house and surroundings are as shown on the website and all was perfectly functional and well designed. it is an easy to use and enjoy place. The terrace is great and we used it a lot. The swimming pool is of perfect size for children and safe. Vence is a very pleasant city close to all the the places we wanted to visit. The house is ideally located close to Vence but in a quiet neighborhood. To summarize, great location, palce and hosts. I defiinitely recommend! October 2018
